The hotel is excellent and very well located. This is an excellent choice to visit Buenos aires. The room was wide, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent. The breakfast is good and variated. Those are things it has in common with other 4.5-5 start hotels. There is however a plus in this hotel that should be highlighted: The staff service. I felt that every employed in the Hotel, either in the reception, parking, Gym, Pool, restaurant, etc do their best to make you feel confortable. I will comeback, no doubt about that !

The lobby is the main attraction of this hotel; beautifully designed, spacious, very comfortable, and usually crowded, and most of the time, there are no available spaces to sit and relax with your family. This is the only downside if you plan to settle and relax in this hotel lobby.

Excellent location in safe Puerto Madero, lots of restaurants and bars close by. Very nice entrance, separate car lanes to avoid hassle with luggage. Superb high-ceiling lobby with a nice bar. Friendly and helpful staff (lots of them to provide premium service). Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower (not always guaranteed in Bs As). Our special requests (traveling with a baby) were taken very well into account.

Execelnt location. Puerto Madero is a region full of restaurants and very pleasant. Room was very spacious and confortable. Fitness is great but sauna was too cold. Hotel is an excellent choice for Buenos Aires stays

It was a great location for walking around with shops nearby for food. It was clean and felt very safe. There is a small pharmacy nearby for incidentals. The lobby has a cafe for grab and go snacks and beverages that is very convenient.

Best feature is its location, walking distance to almost every touristic attraction in the city. Plus Puerto Madero is a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Impressive lobby; pool and executive lounge are nice, and got great views, buffet breakfast has assorted choices, and staff is really friendly and helpful.

Great customer service, Guido the bellboy was extremely nice and kind. Alex at the front desk was also very nice. The concierges were amazing helping us getting reservations.

Property was immaculate and well situated. Lots of dining options close . Access to Executive Lounge made the stay more enjoyable . Staff were unobtrusive but efficient. A minor issue was looked after without fuss.
